Since 2010, we have supplied, installed, and serviced equipment from US-based Excite Medical for the non-surgical treatment of herniated discs and other spinal conditions.
Who We Are
DRX™ Technology for Clinics in the CIS and the Baltics
ELTECH is the official exclusive distributor of US medical device manufacturer Excite Medical, Corp in the CIS and the Baltics. We represent systems for the non-surgical treatment of herniated discs and other spinal conditions: DRX9000™, DRX9000C™ (DRX5000), DRX9500™ (DRX5000), and the DRX9000™ + DRX9000C™ (DRX5000) combination system.
ELTECH owns the DRX9000 and DRX5000 trademarks in the Russian Federation.
DRX equipment holds international certification in many countries, including European countries, the USA, Israel, and others, and is in use today in more than 60 countries.
We support clinics at every stage: we help choose the right configuration and secure financing, deliver and install the equipment, train physicians and staff, service the systems during and after the warranty period, and supply genuine spare parts. The company has its own service and technical department, staffed by engineers trained by the manufacturer.
ELTECH’s parent company is based in the USA. Our exclusive rights are confirmed by the manufacturer’s certificate and by an official letter from its law firm.

Manufacturer
Excite Medical (Tampa, Florida, USA)
Excite Medical is the official manufacturer of DRX™ systems. These systems were previously produced by Axiom Worldwide. After that company closed in 2010, its property and intellectual property rights passed to a bank by court order and were sold to HTRD Group Hong Kong Limited. In August 2010, HTRD appointed Excite Medical as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the DRX9000™, DRX9000C™, and DRX9500™.
The equipment is manufactured in the USA, in the state of Florida.
- January 2011: Excite Medical registered with the FDA as the manufacturer of DRX9000™ and DRX5000™ (DRX9000C™) and certified to ISO 13485
- November 2012: moved to a new, larger facility in Tampa
- March 2018: acquired all DRX9000™ intellectual property, including the FDA 510(k) clearances and the DRX® trademark
- 2025: the new-generation DRX9000-SL cleared by the FDA (510(k))
- Quality management system certified to ISO 13485:2016
- According to the manufacturer, more than 2,400 DRX9000® systems operate in more than 60 countries

Exclusive Distributor Certificate
Excite Medical Corp confirms that ELTECH is the exclusive distributor of all DRX systems in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. In February 2013, the manufacturer’s law firm confirmed this in an official letter.
Roszdravnadzor Registration Certificate No. FSZ 2011/11153
Issued November 29, 2011, for the DRX9000 spinal decompression traction device with accessories, manufactured by Excite Medical Corp (USA). It authorizes the import, sale, and use of the device in the Russian Federation.

Declaration of Conformity for the DRX9000 spinal decompression traction device.
FDA Certificate to Foreign Government No. 5100-9-2011
Issued in 2011. Confirms that the DRX9000 and DRX5000 systems manufactured by Excite Medical Corp may be marketed in the USA and lawfully exported from the USA.

Manufacturer Confirms ELTECH’s Exclusive Rights
The manufacturer’s law firm sent ELTECH an official letter stating that HTRD and Excite Medical are registered with the US FDA as the manufacturer and contract manufacturer of DRX9000 and DRX5000 systems, and that Excite Medical has appointed ELTECH as its exclusive distributor in Russia and the CIS. - September 2012
Excite Medical Expands Production
Excite Medical, Corp, the official manufacturer of DRX® systems, announced its expansion and move to a new, larger facility in Tampa (Florida, USA). The move was completed on November 1, 2012. - August 2012

Dr. Christian Apfel (MD, PhD, University of California, San Francisco) was appointed Acting Medical Director of Excite Medical. He is the author of more than 75 peer-reviewed publications and of two DRX9000® studies published in PubMed. - August 2012

Partnership with SoTiS Corporation
ELTECH signed a partnership agreement with Moscow-based SoTiS Corporation to promote DRX™ systems: SoTiS began representing ELTECH in Moscow, the Moscow Region, and central Russia. - January 2011
Exclusive DRX™ Supply Contract
ELTECH signed an exclusive contract with Excite Medical, Corp to supply DRX™ systems for non-surgical spine treatment to Russia and the CIS.
