Privacy Policy
The drx9000.ru website is owned by ELTECH Holding Trust. We collect only the data you send us through the contact form: your name, email, phone number, organization name, country, and message.
We use this data solely to answer your request. To do so, it is passed to the services the site runs on: Bluehost hosting (USA), Google Gmail (USA), our request-processing server (USA) and the Telegram messenger (servers outside your country). If you use the chat, your messages are also sent to Anthropic PBC (USA); see “Site chat”. Otherwise, we disclose data only where required by law.
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. YouTube videos load only after you press play; YouTube (Google) may then set its own cookies.
To update or delete your data, email info@drx9000.ru.
Retention
Requests sent through the form or the chat are kept in ELTECH’s mailbox and ELTECH’s Telegram chat for 1 year and then deleted. The request queue on our server is cleared as soon as a request has been forwarded. Chat messages are kept by Anthropic PBC (USA), normally for up to 30 days; messages flagged as violating its policies, for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@drx9000.ru.
Site chat
The chat on this site is an AI assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic (USA), which processes them on our behalf to generate the replies. Only the text of the conversation is sent; no registration or account is needed.
Conversations are not stored on the site’s server: during your visit, the conversation is kept only in your browser, until you close the tab. If you send a request from the chat, we receive only the name, email and comment you provide — by email and in ELTECH’s Telegram chat — so that a specialist can reply. The chat conversation is not attached to the request.
Please do not enter health information or any other details you do not want to share.
The chat is not available in every country: the visitor’s region is determined from the IP address using IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0). The IP address is not stored for this purpose.
